How to request deletion of your personal data from Illuminati AI and our products.

At Illuminati AI (operated by Illuminati Creative Digital Solutions Private Limited), we respect your right to control your personal data. This page explains how to request deletion of the data we hold about you, including any data we obtained on your behalf through connected platforms such as Meta (Facebook, Instagram, Threads), Google, and LinkedIn when you use our products and services, including Creator OS, a product of Illuminati AI, operated by Illuminati Creative Digital Solutions Private Limited.

This policy should be read alongside our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Terms of Service.

1. What Data This Covers

A deletion request applies to all personal data we hold about you, including:

• Profile information: name, email, profile photo, and any public profile details you shared with us
• Access tokens and connection details for linked social accounts (Facebook Pages, Instagram business accounts, Threads profiles, Google or LinkedIn integrations)
• Content you created, scheduled, or published through our products
• Engagement and insights data we retrieved on your behalf with your authorization (post performance, audience metrics, etc.)

2. How to Request Deletion

You have three ways to request deletion. Choose whichever is easiest for you.

2.1 Option A — Email Us (Recommended)

Send an email to illuminati.ai@illuminatiai.tech with the subject line "Data Deletion Request". Please include:

• The email address or username on your account
• Which platforms you had connected (Facebook, Instagram, Threads, Google, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Confirmation that you want your data permanently deleted

We verify your identity, action the request, and confirm completion within 30 days.

2.2 Option B — Disconnect from Within the App

Inside your Creator OS account settings, remove the connection to the relevant platform. This revokes our access and triggers deletion of the related tokens and cached data automatically.

2.3 Option C — Revoke Access from Meta

If you connected a Meta account (Facebook, Instagram, or Threads) and want to revoke access directly from Meta:

• On Facebook: Settings & Privacy → Settings → Security and Login → Business Integrations (or Apps and Websites on older interfaces) → find Illuminati AI / Creator OS → Remove.

Once Meta notifies us that you have revoked access, we delete the associated data on our side.

3. What Happens After You Request Deletion

• We revoke and delete the stored access tokens for every connected account.
• We delete the profile data, content, and insights we stored on your behalf.
• We complete the deletion within 30 days of verifying the request.
• We may retain a limited subset of records only where legally required (for example, tax and accounting records under Indian law). Anything retained is stored securely and access-restricted, and is not used for any other purpose.

4. Confirmation

When the deletion is complete, we send a confirmation email to the address on your account so you have a record of the action.

5. Children's Data

Our products are not directed at children under 18. If you believe we hold data about a child and want it removed, please email us at illuminati.ai@illuminatiai.tech and we will action the request as a matter of priority.

6. Compliance

This Data Deletion policy is designed to comply with:

• The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) — for EU users
• The California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) — for California residents
• The Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDPA) — for India
• Meta Platforms' Data Deletion requirements for connected apps
