How refunds and cancellations work at Illuminati AI.
At Illuminati AI, we are committed to delivering high-quality AI engineering services and products. This Refund and Cancellation Policy explains the conditions under which refunds and cancellations are processed.
1. Services Refund Policy
1.1 Custom AI Development Services
For custom AI agent development, agentic systems, AI infrastructure engineering, and other bespoke service engagements:
- Before Project Commencement: Full refund (minus payment gateway fees) if cancellation is requested before any work has commenced
- After Project Commencement: Refunds are calculated based on work completed. Pro-rata refunds may be issued for incomplete portions
- After Project Delivery: Custom development services are generally non-refundable once final deliverables have been accepted
1.2 Consulting and Strategy Services
For AI Strategy & Audit and consulting engagements:
- Before Engagement Begins: Full refund if cancelled at least 48 hours before the scheduled engagement
- After Engagement Begins: Non-refundable once consulting sessions have started
2. Product Subscription Refund Policy
For our software products (Creator OS, Content Automation Suite) when launched:
- Monthly Subscriptions: No refunds for partial months. You can cancel anytime to prevent future billing
- Annual Subscriptions: Pro-rata refund available within the first 14 days of subscription
- Trial Periods: No charges incurred if cancelled within the trial period
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact us at illuminati.ai@illuminatiai.tech within 30 days of the original transaction, including:
- Your name and contact details
- Transaction ID or invoice number
- Date of purchase
- Reason for refund request
4. Refund Processing Time
Once a refund is approved:
- Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days
- UPI: 2-5 business days
- Net Banking: 5-7 business days
- Wallets: 2-3 business days
The exact timing depends on your bank or payment provider. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
5. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel ongoing services at any time by emailing us at illuminati.ai@illuminatiai.tech. The cancellation will be effective from the date of receipt, and any applicable refunds will be processed in accordance with this policy.
6. Non-Refundable Items
The following are non-refundable:
- Setup fees and one-time configuration charges
- Third-party costs (API fees, hosting fees, licenses) incurred on your behalf
- Services delivered as agreed in the Statement of Work
- Digital downloads or templates after delivery
7. Dispute Resolution
If you are not satisfied with a refund decision, please email us at illuminati.ai@illuminatiai.tech to discuss the matter. We are committed to resolving disputes fairly and amicably.
8. Chargebacks
If you have a concern about a charge, please contact us first before initiating a chargeback. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account suspension and additional legal action.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The updated policy will be posted on this page with a new "Last Updated" date.
